Phoenix Games, the first functional fitness event of its kind in Qatar, was successfully organized at Aspire Zone by Erada Fitness and Diverse Sports. The competition saw 200 athletes from over 35 different countries demonstrate extremely high levels of physical fitness through a variety of workouts.
The first edition of the Phoenix Games was a success, according to Khalid Nabina of Erada Fitness, stating that the event exceeded expectations with people from different backgrounds taking part in the competition. Visitors also enjoyed the Vendor’s Village, which featured some of Qatar’s best cafes and restaurants, as well as popular sporting goods and clothing stores.
Diverse Sports’ Ahmad Al Khanji expressed his delight at the event’s electric atmosphere, while Nasser Abdullah Al Hajri, Director of Marketing & Communications, stated that the competition is a proud Qatari achievement.
At the end of the competition, prizes worth over QR 100,000 were distributed among the winners.
