Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ARDEC Privilege Program (“Program”), operated by Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company and its relevant affiliates (“AREDC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering for, accessing or using the Program (including using any Digital Tenant ID, Staff ID or partner offer), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol in or use the Program.
Important: This Program is a voluntary benefit and does not form part of any tenancy agreement or employment contract.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- “Account” means your ARDEC Privilege membership account.[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Digital Tenant ID” means the digital ID generated through the Program platform that confirms a tenant’s eligibility.[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Staff ID” means an ARDEC employee identification card or number recognised by ARDEC for Program eligibility.[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Member” / “you” means an individual who is enrolled in the Program.[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Partners” means third-party companies that provide offers to Members under the Program (listed in Section 9).[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Offers” means discounts, benefits or other privileges provided by Partners under the Program.[Text Wrapping Break]
- “Properties” means residential or commercial properties owned, managed or leased by AREDC that are designated as eligible for the Program.[Text Wrapping Break]
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Program is currently open to:
- Tenants who are named on an active tenancy agreement for an eligible AREDC Property in the State of Qatar.[Text Wrapping Break]
- Staff who are current employees of AREDC or an eligible affiliate, as designated by AREDC.[Text Wrapping Break]
2.2 We may request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to:
- Tenancy contract, unit details or lease confirmation;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Valid ARDEC Staff ID;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Identification documents as may be required under Qatari law.[Text Wrapping Break]
2.3 Membership is personal, non-transferable and intended for individual use only. Corporate entities cannot enrol as Members.
2.4 Program participation is only intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the State of Qatar. If you are under 18, the Program may require parental/guardian consent, in line with applicable law and ARDEC policy.
3. Enrolment and Account Management
3.1 To enrol, eligible tenants and staff must complete the registration form on the ARDEC Privilege Program website or any other channel we approve.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date.
3.3 We may refuse, suspend or cancel membership if:
- You no longer meet eligibility criteria;[Text Wrapping Break]
- You misuse the Program or any Offer;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Fraud, misrepresentation or abuse is suspected; or[Text Wrapping Break]
- Required by applicable law or by a Partner.[Text Wrapping Break]
3.4 Membership in the Program is currently free of charge. ARDEC reserves the right to introduce fees in the future in accordance with applicable laws and with prior notice where required.
4. Digital Tenant ID and Staff ID
4.1 Eligible tenants may generate a Digital Tenant ID via the Program platform after successful registration and verification.
4.2 Eligible staff may use their Staff ID as proof of eligibility, in accordance with ARDEC’s internal policies.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your digital ID and any login credentials secure. Any use of your ID or Account will be treated as your own use unless you notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
4.4 Partners may refuse to honour an Offer if:
- The Digital Tenant ID or Staff ID appears invalid, expired, altered or misused;[Text Wrapping Break]
- The individual presenting it does not match the identity or eligibility criteria; or[Text Wrapping Break]
- The Offer is not available at that time or location.[Text Wrapping Break]
5. Family Members
5.1 ARDEC may, at its discretion, allow Members to add eligible family members (such as spouse and dependent children) under their Account, subject to verification and Program rules.
5.2 The Member remains responsible for:
- The use of Offers by any linked family members; and[Text Wrapping Break]
- Ensuring that family members also comply with these Terms.[Text Wrapping Break]
5.3 Friends and other non-family individuals are not eligible under a Member’s Account unless expressly allowed in writing by ARDEC.
6. Use of the Program
6.1 The Program is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, advertise, broker or otherwise commercially exploit any Offer.
6.2 You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or eligibility;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Attempt to redeem Offers in a way that is fraudulent or abusive;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Program website or systems;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Use the Program in any manner that violates applicable laws in Qatar.[Text Wrapping Break]
6.3 ARDEC may audit Program usage and investigate unusual or suspicious activity. We may suspend or terminate Accounts in case of suspected abuse.
7. Partner Offers – General
7.1 Offers are provided directly by Partners, not by ARDEC. Partners remain solely responsible for their products, services, pricing, quality, safety and compliance.
7.2 Offers may be subject to:
- Partner-specific terms and conditions;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Branch/location availability;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Product or service exclusions;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Minimum spend, booking or order requirements;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Blackout dates or capacity limitations.[Text Wrapping Break]
7.3 Unless stated otherwise, Offers:
- Are only valid within the State of Qatar;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty schemes or corporate discounts offered by the Partner;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred;[Text Wrapping Break]
- May be changed or withdrawn at any time by the Partner or by ARDEC, subject to applicable laws and any notice requirements.[Text Wrapping Break]
7.4 To redeem Offers, Members must present their valid Digital Tenant ID or Staff ID and comply with any redemption process specified by the Partner (for example, entering a promo code in an app).
7.5 ARDEC is not a party to the transaction between you and a Partner. Any complaints, claims or disputes regarding Partner products or services should first be addressed directly with the Partner. ARDEC may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication but is not obliged to do so.
8. Program Changes, Suspension and Termination
8.1 ARDEC may, at any time, and acting reasonably:
- Modify or update these Terms;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Add, modify or remove Partners or Offers;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Change eligibility criteria;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Temporarily suspend the Program (for maintenance, security or operational reasons); or[Text Wrapping Break]
- Terminate the Program.[Text Wrapping Break]
8.2 Where changes materially affect Members’ rights or benefits and where ARDEC can control the timing, we will endeavour to give reasonable prior notice through the Program website, email or other appropriate channels, taking into account applicable Qatari consumer protection and e-commerce guidance.
8.3 If the Program is terminated, Offers may cease to be available from the termination date. ARDEC will not be responsible for any inability to use Offers after termination.
9. Specific Partner Offers
Important: The summary below is for convenience only. Each Partner may apply additional terms and conditions, which you must review before use. All discounts are applied on the Partner’s regular public prices unless stated otherwise.
All offers are currently valid only for Members with a valid Digital Tenant ID or Staff ID and may be updated or withdrawn.
10. Fees, Charges and Taxes
10.1 Offers may reduce the price charged by Partners but do not exempt you from:
- Applicable taxes and governmental charges;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Service fees or surcharges imposed by Partners;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Any non-discounted portion of a bill.[Text Wrapping Break]
10.2 You are solely responsible for all amounts due to Partners for products and services received, after application of any Offer.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1 ARDEC will process personal data collected through the Program in accordance with:
- Applicable data protection and privacy laws in the State of Qatar; and[Text Wrapping Break]

11.2 We may share limited information with Partners to verify eligibility, process Offers or address complaints, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
11.3 By using the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in these Terms and in the ARDEC Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Program and Offers are provided “as is” and “as available”;[Text Wrapping Break]
- ARDEC makes no representation or warranty (express or implied) regarding the availability, quality, fitness for purpose or suitability of any Partner product or service.[Text Wrapping Break]
12.2 ARDEC is not liable for:
- Any act, omission or default of any Partner;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Service interruptions, delays, changes or cancellations by Partners;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from use of Partner products or services;[Text Wrapping Break]
- Any unauthorised use of your Digital Tenant ID, Staff ID or Account where we have not been at fault.[Text Wrapping Break]
12.3 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under the laws of the State of Qatar.
13. Complaints and Support

13.2 For complaints related specifically to Partner products or services, you should first contact the Partner directly using the contact details provided by that Partner (for example, the Naseem contacts listed above).
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have additional rights under Qatar’s consumer protection framework, and you may contact the competent authorities in Qatar in accordance with applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
14.2 The Courts of the State of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.2 Failure or delay by ARDEC in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
